STATUS UPDATE OF THE REPAIR WORK ON THE BROKEN PIPE DUE TO LANDSLIDE IN DAMANSARA UTAMA

Kuala Lumpur – Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) would like to inform that the completion of the temporary diversion pipe work on the shoulder of SPRINT Highway in Damansara Utama is currently experiencing a delay of 4 hours compared to the initial schedule due to technical problems and work safety aspect on site. Air Selangor aims to complete the work at 10:00 this morning, since it started at 12:30 midnight, 30 December 2020. Water supply will be distributed following the completion of the repair work.

Consumers can get relief water supply from water tankers that are being mobilised to the affected areas, or from static filling stations placed at two Pusat Khidmat Setempat (PKS) that have been provided for the convenience of the affected consumers. Air Selangor advises consumers to comply with the SOP of the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) when taking water supply from the water tankers and PKS provided.

Air Selangor will inform the progress of the repair work of the broken pipe from time to time through all Air Selangor official communication channels including the website www.airselangor.com, Air Selangor application, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, or contact the Air Selangor Contact Centre at 15300.
