ILTIZAM SELANGOR PENYAYANG (ISP) SKIM AIR DARUL EHSAN

The Skim Air Darul Ehsan (SADE) is the reapportion programme to provide free water to Malaysian citizens residing in Selangor with household monthly income of RM5,000 and below.

  1. The applicant must be a Malaysian citizen and resides in the state of Selangor.
  2. The household monthly income of RM5,000 and below (husband and wife including foreigner spouse of individual if single/without spouse).
  3. Residential premises with individual meters.
  4. Applicants can only apply for one account or premise only.

Notes:
Low Cost Apartment residents who receive their water supply through bulk meter will continue receiving 20m3 free water automatically under Skim Air Darul Ehsan until 31 December 2024, according to the existing free water rebate methods involving JMB/MC and Selangor Housing and Property Board (LPHS)

What does household income of below RM5,000 mean?

The monthly income of both husband and wife, or an individual if he or she is single/without spouse, should be below RM5,000 per month.

I have rented out my house. Can my tenant apply even if the water account is registered under my name?

Yes, your tenant may apply if they are eligible and meet the application terms.

I live in Putrajaya but have a home in Selangor, can I apply?

Yes, you can apply subject to the application terms and review of qualification.
