Open New Account
For Individual or Developer
Apply for a new water connection and set up an account for your new house or premise if you are moving outside the area of your current residency. Individual account applicants will be required to submit the following at our Customer Service Counter:
- Water Application Form
- Water Supply Service Agreement (submit two [2] copies)
- Additional Information Form and Letter of Undertaking
Change Account Ownership
Update a new owner’s details of an existing account and submit the following at our Customer Service Counter:
- Water Application Form
- Water Supply Service Agreement (submit two [2] copies)
- Additional Information Form and Letter of Undertaking
- Additional information – to provide a picture of the meter read for the existing meter at the premise (view sample of meter read here) and to provide a picture of the complete meter stand at the premise (view sample of meter stand and specifications here).

Migrate to Individual Account
Apply to migrate from a bulk water meter account to an individual water meter account and get direct account billing for apartment or condominium units. The Management Committee or Joint Management Body of the apartment or condominium residential unit will be required to complete and submit the following:
- Migration from Bulk Water Meter to Individual Water Meter Account Application Form
- Meter Information/Checklist Form
