In the course of conducting business with us, we require our vendors to observe and comply with the following requirements:

  • Comply with laws;
  • Comply with general business integrity including our Code of Business Ethics and Declaration of Non-Collusion;
  • Comply with our rules and regulations throughout all stages of the procurement process;
  • Deliver quality product(s) and/or service(s) on time and in accordance with the contract or purchase order;
  • Comply with our No Gift Policy, Health, Safety and Environment Policy and Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy;
  • Safeguard the confidentiality of information.
