To reconnect the water supply at your premise, Air Selangor encourages you to complete all unpaid water bills payments inclusive of reconnection and disconnection charges through online banking via JOMPAY or FPX. Payment can also be made at ten (10) Air Selangor Customer Service Counters. Water supply will be reconnected within 24 hours after full payment, including reconnection and disconnection is made to Air Selangor.
For payment through our official agents, Sir/Madam/you must send the proof of payment through the HELP CENTRE feature on www.airselangor.com or the Air Selangor application or by contacting Air Selangor via 15300 to ensure that water supply reconnection is made within 24 hours.
