Movement Control Order from 18th - 31st March 2020 & extended to 14th April 2020
Refer to the nationwide Movement Control Order (MCO) to be imposed by the government of Malaysia from 18 March 2020 to 31 March 2020 and extended to 14th April 2020 to curb the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to update all vendors on matters pertaining to ongoing tenders and contracts/PO’s:

All ongoing evaluation for tenders/RFQs will continue and we may seek Tenderers’ agreement to extend the price validity.
New tenders, including those which were advertised, and tender sale not started yet, will be postponed to dates to be confirmed later.
Vendors are required to continue and complete the scope of supply/services/works under the contracts and PO with Air Selangor. Any extension of time are subject to the approval of Contract Administrator (CA) or Contract Administration Representative (CAR).
Movement letter for Extension period can be requested through the CA / CAR, vendors are to remind their staff not to misuse the letters.
If Vendors have any query / concern related to specific contract / PO, please contact the respective CA or CAR.
Vendors to ensure workers practice good COVID-19 prevention measures especially on personal hygiene and adequate safety precaution at workplace.
Contractors who work at Air Selangor premises are required to report to Air Selangor Covid-19 Task Force (email : email@example.com , Hotline number 03-20883470 / 03-2088 3471) if any confirmed positive case among their staff.
