Kuala Lumpur – Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) will be offering an exemption on water bill payment for the month of January 2022 to Domestic Accounts customers (Tariff Code 10) in Selangor who were affected by the recent flood incident. The exemption on water bill payment is part of the Bantuan Selangor Bangkit Programme (BSB) announced by the Selangor State Government. Air Selangor is also extending the exemption on water bill payment to affected Domestic Accounts customers in Kuala Lumpur. (Please refer to Appendix A for the complete list of affected areas).
Customers in flood-affected areas will automatically receive a one-month exemption on water bill payment, and they are not required to fill in or submit any form to Air Selangor.
During this payment exemption period, monthly water bill will continue to be issued by Air Selangor. However, customers who are eligible to receive the exemption on water bill payment do not have to make payment for the stipulated period.
