As for contractors, a Safety Induction Course for Contractors has begun since 2017 as a HSE Section initiative to provide contractors with basic knowledge of occupational safety and health before being allowed to work. This initiative is carried out while taking into account the employer's obligations as mentioned in Section 15 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 to provide information, instruction, training and supervision to all its employees.
